T.R.U. Ball® Releases LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

T.R.U. Ball Releases are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship not caused by normal wear to the original owner, with a valid sales receipt, for the active lifetime of the product. This warranty is void if the release has been disassembled, abused, modified, or subjected to abnormal conditions. Wrist straps are not covered under warranty. We recommended yearly strap replacement. Ripped or cut threads on straps due to intentional or unintentional negligence are not covered under warranty. Letting go of your release aid at any time during the shot process, as evidenced by abnormal dents and/or bent parts, will void this warranty. T.R.U., Inc. will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages to any other piece of equipment the release may come into contact with. T.R.U., Inc. will not be liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused by the improper use of this product.

AXCEL® Sights LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

AXCEL® Sights are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear to the original owner, with a valid sales receipt, for the active lifetime of the product. Fiber optic breakage or modification is never covered under warranty. T.R.U. Inc., the manufacturer of AXCEL® Sights, reserves the right to repair or replace at its earliest convenience any defective parts if the sight has been used according to the enclosed instructions. T.R.U., Inc. alone will judge whether a defect has been caused by normal wear and which parts will be repaired or replaced. In the event of breakage due to defective parts, the liability of T.R.U. Inc. shall never exceed the original retail cost of the product. Special order fees are non-refundable. Defects caused by normal wear may be repaired for an additional charge.

AXCEL® Stabilizers LIMITED WARRANTY

T.R.U. Inc., the manufacturer of AXCEL® Stabilizers, reserves the right to repair or replace at its earliest convenience any defective parts if the stabilizer has been used according to the enclosed instructions. T.R.U., Inc. alone will judge whether a defect has been caused by normal wear and which parts will be repaired or replaced. In the event of breakage due to defective parts, the liability of T.R.U. Inc. shall never exceed the original retail cost of the product. Special order fees are non-refundable. Defects caused by normal wear may be repaired for an additional charge. Carboflax hunting bar is guaranteed for 5 years, and the Kryptos Arc is covered for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship not caused by normal use/wear to the original owner, with a valid sales receipt. This warranty is void if cleaning solvents are used, which may cause damage to the product finish and/or materials.

AXCEL® Tab LIMITED WARRANTY

T.R.U. Inc., the manufacturer of AXCEL® Tabs, reserves the right to repair or replace at its earliest convenience any defective parts if the Axcel® Tab has been used according to the enclosed instructions. This product is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship not caused by normal wear to the original owner, with a valid sales receipt. This warranty is void if the finger tab has been abused, modified, or subjected to abnormal conditions. The 3-Layers of finger tab material consisting of the cordovan leather outer layer, rubber comfort middle layer, and the suede leather inner layer are not covered under warranty. We recommend replacement of these 3-Layers when the need results. T.R.U., Inc. will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages to any other piece of equipment the finger tab may come in contact with. T.R.U., Inc. will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property or equipment that is caused by the improper use of this product.

LIMITATIONS TO GUARANTEE Parts that are modified, abused, or not used according to the instructions are not covered by this guarantee. T.R.U., Inc. shall not be liable for injuries or property damage of any kind. This guarantee is only valid to the original owner and is void if the original owner does not have the sales receipt. IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU KEEP YOUR SALES RECEIPT IN A SAFE PLACE, AS REPAIRS WILL NOT BE PERFORMED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT!

T.R.U., Inc. alone will judge whether a product will be covered under warranty.

All returns may be subject to a 15% Restocking Charge and/or a labor fee.

If you experience any problem with this product, call 434-929-2800, or email truball@truball.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that should be written on the outside of the box. Any product sent to T.R.U., Inc. without an RA# may be rejected. Please include a note inside the package with your name, address, phone number, email, RA#, and a description of your issue with the product.

Clean/Re-work Charge (2023): 1) Labor Charge: $18 Release/Tab, $25 Sight/Stabilizer/Scope. 2) If parts need to be replaced, we will contact you with a quote.

3) Return shipping costs will be incurred on repairs that have a repair charge (any repair not covered under warranty). Not covered under warranty: 1) Wrist straps (unless items are sewn incorrectly). 2) Releases shot through a bow (shooter lets go of handle during the shot process) as evidenced by bent firing pins or abnormal dents in the handle. 3) Releases, Sights, or Stabilizers that have problems because they have been disassembled, abused, modified, or subjected to abnormal conditions like dust, dirt, mud, sweat, saltwater, pocket lint, or fire. 4) Releases, Sights, or Stabilizers that have problems due to normal wear over the lifetime of the product. 5) Stripped set screws.

6) Products sent in without Original Sales Receipt.

7) Counterfeit products that may appear to be our product.

8) Discontinued Product (Product that is no longer manufactured by T.R.U., Inc. or not in current year brochure.)

9) Stabilizer bar after 5 years.

10) Kryptos Arc after 1 year.

11) Stabilizer product line that has been used with cleaning solvents. Note: If we find that the problem is not a warranty issue, we will contact you with a quoted repair cost. If you don't want to pay for the repairs, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping back to you. Returned products not paid for within three months will be discarded.

Note: Please keep a record of the Return Authorization Number as well as your tracking number and proof of delivery when returning any item to T.R.U., Inc.

NOTE: If you would like insurance at the full value of the release or sight, this needs to be stated before the item is shipped back.

NOTE: T.R.U. Ball®/AXCEL® Sights will only hold on to repairs for three months.
