Continuing the Shooter Card of 2005, Tomorrow's Resources Unlimited, Inc. has created a way to help dealers receive profit from the purchases made by sponsored T.R.U. Ball shooters. In the past, almost all purchases of product provided a discounted price to the sponsored shooter, but would result in a loss of money to the Pro Shop. The savvy Pro Shop would sponsor a good shooter in order to influence other customers, selling more products to others that would desire and purchase the same equipment that the sponsored shooter uses. |

*** Benefit to Your Dealer ***
Every time that you use your membership card with shooter number, a CREDIT will be
sent to your dealer for each item purchased directly from T.R.U., Inc.
The credit amount will consist of the difference between the
shooter price and 18% off Dealer price. |

The T.R.U. Ball Membership Card provides T.R.U., Inc. a way to track the
sales of sponsored shooters and return profit from those sales back to the Dealer,
WHERE IT BELONGS! Now the shooter is able to support their local
Dealer/Pro Shop, by both the profit from their purchase of product and by
influencing the sale of chosen equipment to others. The result brings greater
strength and growth to archery at the local level, helping the dealer to stay in business. |

| * Contingency Rules: |
- Your 2007 T.R.U. application must be on file at the T.R.U. Ball Office
BEFORE the shoot & you MUST have a shooter number.
- You MUST wear a T.R.U. Ball LOGO on your person during the shoot.
- You MUST put your name & membership number on the sign in
list at the T.R.U. Ball booth before each shoot.
- You MUST notify the T.R.U. Ball staff if you place in the top 3 places of your class
so they can present a T.R.U. Ball display check to you on stage.
- Only a T.R.U. Ball Release can be used for the entire tournament.
- T.R.U. Ball will not pay contingeny to a class with less than 10 shooters.
- T.R.U. will not pay to trophy classes or the Youth classes mentioned above.
- T.R.U. will ONLY pay top 3 places in each NFAA Class, NOT each flight.
- You must notify us within 60 days of your winning event.
Contingency willl not be paid if notification occurs after 60 days. |

| Product Discounts |
Take 30% discount off our retail price of any T.R.U. Ball Releases when you present
your shooter number. All orders must be prepaid & are limited to $250.00 of product per year,
per shooter. To order, call 434-929-2800 and give the T.R.U. Ball representative
your shooter number. You will receive the discount and a store credit will be
sent to the dealer that you specified in your application. |

| MONEY returned to the DEALER! |
The T.R.U. Ball Membership Card provides a way for the shooter to help themselves
and support their Dealer For every product purchased from T.R.U. Ball. Using the
Membership Card, the shooter will receive a 30% discount off the listed Retaill price.
Additionally, T.R.U., Inc. will send a CREDIT directly to the sponsored shooter's Dealer.
When the shooter is sponsored by someone other than the dealer, then T.R.U., Inc.
will send the credit to a dealer that the shooter chooses. The amount of the credit will be
comprised of the difference between the 30% discounted shooter price and the
Regular Dealer price less 18%. This will allow the shooter to provide a credit
back to the dealer for an amount ranging from $4.00 to $25.00 per item purchased. |

To receive your hat and patches, you must place an order or buy a T.R.U. Ball Release
at a national tournament where we have a booth. |

| Rules & Requirements |
To become a member of the 2007 T.R.U. Ball Shooting Staff,
you must meet the following requirements:
1. You MUST be sponsored by either an archery company or your local dealer.
2. You must conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
3. You must complete and sign a T.R.U. Ball Application form at the beginning of each year.
4. Finally, you must promote T.R.U. BallĘ products to other archers in a professional
manner at your local dealer, at your local clubs,
on internet message boards and at local tournaments!
