The 2005 T.R.U. Ball® Shooting Staff
Staff Benefits

ANNOUNCING THE NEW MEMBERSHIP CARD!!!
T.R.U. Ball is proud to announce our new Membership Card program that we hope will give our shooting staff a personal touch and let you know how much you mean to us! Every shooter on our staff will receive a personalized membership card with a membership number. You can present this card at any tournament to receive your product discount and use your shooter number to sign in for contingency money. You can use your shooter number for as long as you shoot archery, but we ask you to continue to re-register each year so we can keep our records up to date! We will be happy to re-issue you a card if yours becomes lost or severely damaged because we want you to realize how important you are to us!

CONTINGENCY MONEY!
The benefits of the T.R.U. Ball staff are many! Contingency money at the ASA, IBO, and NFAA tournaments listed below is always a big hit with our shooters! If you shoot in the amateur classes, you will be rewarded $100 for a first place victory, $75 for second, and $50 for third. Senior and Female Pros will receive $300 for first, $200 for second and $100 for third place. Male Pros will receive $500 for first, $300 for second and $200 for third place. World Champions will be given the same amount of contingency as they would receive at a regular season tournament.

For our younger shooters who are interested in shooting for a college archery team, we suggest that you accept credit towards T.R.U. Ball releases instead of cash to protect your scholarships! In this way, you will avoid the NCAA requirement of paying back your winnings or donating them to charity before you can accept a college archery scholarship. For this reason, shooters in the ASA Eagle and IBO Cub classes will be given a “T.R.U. Ball Champion” plaque instead of money or credit.

Contingency is available at the following tournaments:

30% Discount
As a staff shooter, you will be eligible for significant pricing discounts. T.R.U. offers 30% off suggested retail price on all releases and accessories up to $250 per year per shooter. If your dealer orders your release and has it shipped to the shop prepaid, he or she will receive a portion of the sale so that the store will continue to stay in business! We always protect our dealers!

NEW Credit to Your Dealer
It is our mission to keep local dealers in business. While we have always allowed dealers to receive an additional 18% off for their shooters, we are now making it a priority. Every time you buy a release at a tournament or over the phone and use your shooter discount, we will issue a credit to your dealer in the amount of the difference between shooter cost and 18% off the normal dealer price. This credit can be used to buy more T.R.U. Ball releases for the dealership. We hope that this program encourages dealers to sponsor more shooters so that they can help sell more T.R.U. Ball releases in the stores and keep the stores open for decades to come!

Black Hat and Patches
As a shooter, you are also eligible for a black hat and patches and discounts on our flame hats after you place your first order. REMEMBER--you must wear our logo at all shoots to be eligible for contingency money. Only one black hat and two patches will be given at no charge per year.

Please inform the T.R.U. Ball rep at the booth of your win so that we can create a display check for you!
